If you can't tell by this picture, Dillon is excited and ready to go "hurry mom, hurry".
We spent a day in the Uintas labor day weekend. It amazes me how kids (Joe included) don't seem to notice when water is freezing.
Like I said above, it amazes me what kids (Joe) will do regardless of how freezing the water is. Joe dared our nephew to go under too. Daxton said "no thanks" he's starting to get too smart for Joe's stunts :).Adalyn and Isabel don't really seem to notice each other yet. However, they always seem to get tangled or hit each other when they are near. I wonder if it's really a ploy and they are aware of each other and just like to be able to play innocent and get at each other.
Oh, and sometimes they like to try to eat each other too.
Dillon is still a big fan of his babies. Isabel was having tummy time (aka crying time) and Dillon decided to take his trains in her room and play with her.
Adalyn has gotten quite a makeover this month. First, Joe buzzed her hair off. We have a thing against patchy, stringy baby hair. Our goal is for her hair to now grow in even. The twins also got their ears pierced. It's been quite the month - high excitement around here :).

that is a good looking family. I thought about putting Melanie in a preschool but she wasn't 100% potty trained. Next year I will for sure. In the meanwhile, I have been taking her to storie time at the library and to different museums (with friends) to geth out of the house and the heat!
I love how your girls are always tangled up. they are going to be great friends. How big are they? Noelle is so dainty. It looks like your girls have out grown Noelle. I try to fatten her up, but it just isn't working. I'm serious when I say she is currently in bed wearing new born PJs and will be 9 months on Saturday. crazy!
...Or maybe your girls are just SO used to one another that they're like, 'Aa, nothin' new to see here', lol.
Those girls are stinkin' adorable!!!
I love that Dillon is going to preschool (and yes, I will be there very soon -hey, technically Dillon is very close to 3...;).
I am thinking of you constantly, like whenever I have a "rough" day with my two being boogers (Dax whomping on Sammy -Sammy whining, etc.), I think, 'Wow, not only does Marci have an active boy the same age, she has TWINS too', and I am over my self-pity, har har.
:)
I cannot believe how cute those baby girls are! They are both so pretty but look totally unique.
Life changes quickly doesn't it? I remember when we were both child free..now you have a little army..haha. Looks like Utah has been treating you well. Maybe we will end up there one day after Derrick finally finishes school...then we could ski at some good resorts finally.
Oh hello... I found your blog :) The girls look SO cute sitting up like that! I seriously, honestly think I've only seen "the babies" in their car seats!
Hi, I stumbled across your blog. Lovely kids I just saw you using a bumbo on a tabletop though and that scared me witless! There have been loads of accidents doing this I'm not sure if you know?
