Dillon Look-a-like Confusion

The following question has been posed. "How does Dillon look like Marci and her Dad, but also look just like Joe's twin's son Ian?" Above is the only picture that I had of Brenna (7 months pregnant), Ian's Mom. As you can see, Brenna is my twin :). So I guess you could say that Ian looks like Brenna and Dillon looks like me, but they look enough like their Dads to look like each other. Got it :)
